Chris Froome is the English rider who climbed “La Zubia” along with Valverde and Contador during the recent 6th Stage of this edition of La Vuelta de España 2014. It was here that he moved into 4th place in the overall ranking.
Yesterday in A Coruña he was asked about the possibilities of him winning one of the remaining 5 stages before the final stage next Sunday, in Santiago de Compostela.
You can listen to his reply in this video. Of course… we want Contador to win La Vuelta too (or not?) But, in Galicia the road is long and winding and it is never flat… & what goes up must come down!
